1. Information We Process

Camera Sensor Data

Heart Rate Measurement: When you measure your heart rate, iHealth uses your device’s camera as a light sensor. Images are processed locally in real-time to estimate your heart rate and are deleted immediately after. We do not store or transmit these images. We will ask for your express permission to access the camera. You can revoke this at any time in your iOS settings.

Information You Provide

When you set up your profile or manually log your health statistics within iHealth, you provide us with information to personalize your experience. This may include demographic details such as your age and gender, as well as physical metrics including height, weight, and fitness level. Additionally, we process any data you voluntarily enter, such as blood pressure readings, glucose levels, and exercise routines. This information is used to provide more accurate health insights and is stored securely on your device.

App-Generated Information

When you use iHealth, the app generates metrics such as heart rate (BPM), heart rate variability (HRV), and stress index. We store the measurements generated by the app locally on your iOS device.You can manage or permanently delete this data at any time by deleting the App from your device.

Information Collected Automatically

When you access our Services, we automatically collect certain technical data to ensure a stable and secure user experience. This includes information such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, MAC address, device-specific settings, and unique identifiers like mobile advertising IDs or cookies. We also process details regarding your device and browser, mobile carrier, and internet service provider. This data is utilized strictly for service optimization, troubleshooting, and maintaining the operational integrity of the App.

Communication Data

If you contact us for support, we receive your email address and message content. We use this strictly to resolve your issue.

2. How We Use the Information

We may process your information, including personal information, for the following purposes:

  • Providing and maintaining services: To provide you with features offered in our applications, such as estimating your heart rate and other metrics.

3. Apple HealthKit Integration

To analyze and present information to you, iHealth may need to read heart rate or other activity data from the Apple HealthKit database on your iPhone and Apple Watch.

Additionally, iHealth may write data to the Apple HealthKit database for analysis upon your specific request.

Unless you explicitly grant access, iHealth cannot read or write data to the Apple HealthKit database.

The iHealth app does not transfer HealthKit data anywhere. This data remains on your iPhone for your personal use.

4. Third-Party Services

To ensure the app's operational integrity and to support our marketing efforts, we utilize certain third-party SDKs. These partners process data in accordance with their own privacy policies:
