Welcome to iHealth. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the iHealth mobile application ("App") and any services provided through it. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Medical Disclaimer
iHealth IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE.
The App provides heart rate, HRV, and other health-related metrics for wellness purposes only. All results and insights (including but not limited to Stress Index or Heart Age) must not be used as a basis for medical diagnosis, prevention, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice because of information provided by this App.
2. Eligibility and Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use iHealth for your own private, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, nor use the App for any unlawful activities.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
iHealth may offer premium features via subscription.
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Your iTunes Account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store Account Settings.
4. Data and Privacy
You acknowledge that your health metrics are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for the security of your device to prevent unauthorized access to your data.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information and your rights under regulations like GDPR.
5. Third-Party Services
We utilize third-party services to provide core functionalities, analyze app performance, and support our marketing efforts. These partners process data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

6. Intellectual Property
All content, original AI algorithms, designs, graphics, and logos are the exclusive property of iHealth and its licensors. You may not use our branding or assets without prior written consent.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
